The Ydrogaia restaurant is located in the building complex of the Oikoperiigitis, upstairs in a traditional hall of 100 seats, with imposing roof and thick wooden beams. Our food is cooked in a traditional wood oven, as our grandmothers cooked. This is where the buffalo was first cooked in 2001 in the hull and garnished with noodles. Since then, our specialty is the buffalo in the hull from the wood oven. You can also taste buffalo soutzoukaki, buffalo sausage, kavourma with omelette, burger and many buffalo appetizers.
